Welcome to Army Public School Ludhiana
Army Public School Ludhiana was established in 1994 at Dholewal Military Complex with a humble beginning to serve the wards of defence personnel. Over the years, the school has grown significantly and is now a vibrant center for holistic education, poised for future expansion to secondary levels.
APS Ludhiana is working under the aegis of Army Welfare Education Society (AWES). We are committed to providing a comprehensive and transformative education aligned with the core principles of the National Education Policy 2020.
Our Legacy
Founded on 12th July 1994 by Mrs. Kusum Kala, APS Ludhiana started with four TRS huts catering to classes LKG to II. Despite the challenges, the school has maintained its reputation through resilience and growth, recently completing 30 glorious years of academic excellence.
In 2025, APS Ludhiana was formally brought under the aegis of AWES, marking a new milestone towards expanding to Secondary Level and beyond.
